  1. We pet care service provider. You refers to the pet owner or any person authorised by the pet owner to engage our services. Pet refers to the animal(s) entrusted to our care, including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, and small mammals. Services refers to the pet care services provided by us, which may include pet sitting, dog walking, grooming, boarding, or any other related service.
  2. Petcare Services: We will exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing the petcare services agreed upon. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s health, behaviour, and any special needs or requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the pet poses a risk to the safety or well-being of our staff, other pets, or property.
  3. Health and Vaccinations: It is your responsibility to ensure that your pet is in good health and up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick treatments, and other necessary preventive care. We may require proof of vaccination or health records before providing services. If your pet shows signs of illness or contagious disease, we may refuse or discontinue services to protect the health and safety of other pets.
  4. Pet Behaviour and Safety: You are responsible for your pet’s behaviour and any damage caused by your pet to our property or the property of others. We reserve the right to use our discretion in handling and controlling your pet, including the use of leashes, muzzles, or other appropriate means. In the event of an emergency or if we determine that immediate veterinary care is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your designated emergency contact. However, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense if we are unable to reach you.
  5. Payments and Cancellations: Payment for services is due prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, except in the case of emergencies. Failure to provide timely notice may result in cancellation fees. We reserve the right to modify or adjust our fees and pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
  6. Liability and Insurance: While we will take reasonable precautions in caring for your pet, we cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to your pet, personal property, or third-party property. You are encouraged to have appropriate pet insurance to cover any potential risks. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your pet’s behaviour, health, or actions.
  7. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the pet care services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees or charges will be due upon termination of services.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].By utilising our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
